RHYTHM RECOGNITION ON REAL STRIPS
Rhythm recognition is where most people lose marks. Normal sinus, sinus brady and tachy, atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, SVT, monomorphic and polymorphic VT, coarse and fine VF, asystole, an organized PEA trace, and second- and third-degree AV block. Every strip is full width on a proper ECG grid, drawn for this app — a clean tracing, not a photocopy.

MEGACODE SCENARIOS, TIMED
The megacode sitting walks one patient through five scenario rounds — read the rhythm, pick the algorithm step, choose the drug, choose what comes next — against the clock. There is a full-length timed mock too, in the common written-exam shape.

The 2025 cycle changed answers taught for years: intravenous access before intraosseous, atrial flutter cardioversion at 200 J, five back blows before abdominal thrusts for adult choking, routine mechanical CPR no longer recommended.
